Hi all,

Great finds Tony. Just love the enameled brooch/pendant!

Hi all,
I and @greenmountaindiggers hit some new permission properties in the Champlain Valley over the past two weekends, one in VT and one in NY, one of which is a privately owned historic site....
That's a long day, but worth it with the finds there. A few years ago in England we did the standard 9 hour day hunts - but after 5 or 6 of them in a row I was tuckered.

Such a nice story and tag, Tony! Way to go. Being the seasoned detectorist you are, if I were you, I would be tempted to take that old machine to some modern day group seeded dig and kick everyone's...
Very nice button, Jeff!
John
Thanks Tony!
Haha - thanks Jeff. Yeah, those bells do have an affinity for my coil at times. Not sure why.
Thanks so much Dave. I've seen you've been getting out also - good luck this...
The air heated up enough and the ground thawed just enough for me to hit the fields for the first time in 2024 about 10 days ago. After striking out at the the first site, the second site was a nice...
Those spurs, Dave - just amazing! Congrats on a great year!

Excellent finds Todd. That ring is an absolute stoker!
Great find Owen, esp. here in the states! I had the privilege of vacationing in France with friends at their late medieval chateaus in March 2020, just before COVID exploded. I found several of these...
Very nice finds sir. Congrats.
Very nice example, Jeff!

Great find Jared! You know, of all the old 1700s/1800s coins I've found over the years, the Seated-Q still eludes me. It's my white whale. What can I say. Keep up the solid digging!
John
Very nice rosette and brooch, Tony!

Somebody was desperate for spending money. Threw away an extra 20-30 bucks in silver.
Nice finds. Looks like you have a new digging machine for many years to come!

Dumbartonshire military button from the mid 1800s era. Thanks!
Hi all,
Here's a couple of keepers I dug from the last two weeks. The capped bust dime is an ironic find, since Jeff posted the exact same coin just recently! How strange. His is in better shape,...
Wow Jeff! XF to low grade AU coin - $500-700 on the open market. What a stunner. Congrats.
John
Very nice Dave. Another one for your collection!
John
Fantastic find Dave! What a beast of a coin. I can imagine your excitement.
John
Congrats for cracking the 1700s! That's uncommon for sure in your area.
John
Fantastic finds Dave! I'm impressed by your consistent quality level of electrolysis results. I also have an e-tank, but my results are quite varied and in some cases poor. Do you use any restorative...
Hi all,
Here's a few other coins that have graced my coil over the past 3 weeks. The Matron is a common N-3 variety, as is the Machin's Mills half penny (V23-88A), but I'm happy to add them into...
