It would appear from the area that they are from skirmish. Was on small plot that borders the Memphis to Charleston. Found plenty of old iron, but no type of buttons or brass at all. Nice creek...

Found two nice projectiles on a piece of private land outside of Saulsbury, TN.
A dropped .68 Minie and a .52 fired Sharps Ringtail. Both found 8-10" depth with E-trac.
