Ha Ha. I suppose that it probably isn't normal John but I give all my finds to the home owner when hunting on their property. I figure if they are nice enough to share their property with me, I...
Hello all! It's been a while since I've posted anything so I thought I'd drop a note so ya'll know I'm still around. I haven't gotten out as much as I'd like to but here are a couple pics of some...
Hey Ewcoinhunter. Is this package still available? pm me to talk about it if you would please.
That ought to go nice with that Gold ring you found the other day! :shocked03:
Nice view! I was surprised at how small the Alamo is when I was there. I imagined a much larger fort but it was still fascinating to see.
That button is absolutely beautiful! :shocked03:
Nice work finding that roundball and giving it to the home owner. :thumbsup01: I give all my finds to the owners when I get permissions and am always invited back. that way I can get back several...
I usually dig the first target I find after ground balancing just to check my VDI's. On one occasion I dug a gold ring and on another a Barber dime. Not so much on the end of the hunt. Congrats on...
Nice work Skamaniac! It really feels good to find a spot that hasn't been picked over. I'm with John about getting back to the outhouse and the laundry line. The back of the house is where much of...
I'm heading home today Chief but I have to say, I really enjoyed my hunt and seeing such beautiful old neighborhoods. I've never hunted parks with so many high VDI targets. I may have to relocate,...
I'm in a little town northwest of Albany NY this week working with one of our customers. I wrapped up my project around lunch today so I went out for a hunt. I have to say that detectorists in New...
That's a sweet little find Steve. Been a while since I've seen you here on the forum.
Ron
I've dug up a couple of those myself.
Hey All.
I'm going to be in Johnstown next week. It's a little town northwest of Albany NY. Is there anyone in the area who might have time for a hunt or advice on where to hunt. Thanks in advance....
That is amazing :omg: I may end up in Bulgaria this summer and initially I had thought that I wouldn't take my detector but I may have to change that decision. Congrats on a super find.

Glad to offer any information I can Brent. I think that several people here on the Forum use the MXT and MXT Pro to hunt, maybe some of them will chime in as well. I use the Whites 6X10 and the SEF...
Hey Brent. I wouldn't say that the VX3 has any advantages over the ETrac. They are both great machines and nothing hits like an ETrac on Silver! I kept my VX3 because I have more accessories to go...
You will love the SEF coil. I dug a dime yesterday at about 10 inches using that coil on my VX3. I was utterly amazed that a coil so small found a dime in a hole that was almost the full length of...
ETrac Is sold. Thanks everyone who looked. :thumbsup01:

I don't consider myself a relic hunter but I do dig most all non iron targets. At times that gives up some relics. I pass on most iron targets since the places I hunt aren't likely to give up...
PM sent Brent. Where are you from in NKY?
Nice bunch of relics you found. Sounds like they were pretty hard earned. Hopefully they can get your MXT turned around quick for you.

Welcome to the forum from Northern Kentucky. I'm looking forward to checking out your YouTube channel.
I've yet to find a button that was "Superior" quality. Very nice find.
