I'm not convinced either. Have to wait and see it in action. My bet is that it's only fast in single frequency and the multi frequency probably gets it dogged down.

I agree with the weight issue as well, especially the CTX with the 17 inch coil. Love the capabilities, ground coverage, depth and sensitivity to even the smallest targets so I deal with the weight....
