Mt. Washington, New Hampshire?

Do any of you hunt the Mt Washington area in New Hampshire? I went to a wedding this past weekend and stayed at the Omni Resort. I did bring my detector even though I didn't have much hunting time. I doubt they would allow detecting on the property so I hunted a little in the stream behind the building. I did find what I believe to be a small chunk of silver about as thick as a pencil in the middle and it tapers down to pointed ends, it's about 1 1/2 long. I will post pics of that in the finds section. I also found an old brass doorknob which is already listed in the finds section.

Never hunted up there but did go on a moose safari ...it was pretty cool, saw a bunch of moose.
