    Patterns for E-trac

Im new to the E-trac. I have been using a GT and EXCAL for beach hunting but moving out to dirt. I am use to the beep and dig....lol Was looking for a little help with the patterns. Do most people use the stock coin pattern? Make your own? I am in Nj and will be hunting fields and some woods. What does your pattern and settings look like? Thanks for any help you guys can give.

Also, I started with the stock program, I too was use to the beep and dig before getting an etrac. The stock is a good learning tool before you switch to a more open pattern. To make the leap to a more open program will drive your crazy, but once you have it down....the consitancy in finds will blow your mind.
