    new to any forum



    Hello my name is Bill and i love this hobby i found a beatup discovery 1100 at a flea market for 20 bucks and cant keep a shovel out of my hand. If i'm not detecting i'm online reading about it! ::

    welcome Bill , ya can't beat that price for a detector it should more than pay for itself in no time. it sounds like you've been bitten by the treasure finding bug alright lol lol , glad to have you here .

    Twenty bucks? Not a bad way to get started. It'll pay you back quickly.

    Welcome to the forums, Bill. What type of detecting do you do? Parks, schools, etc??

    Thanks guys, It found that my first week | i will never take the tab off a can again!!! I hunt parks and beaches most of the time but like going to ball parks and ocean view areas. Can't wait to find and post my first gold
