    Have no idea? Any suggestions?

I found this...of course..have no idea what it is?

The base metal appears to be maybe brass, there is clear glass that looks like a wreath, then the center is like a starburst pice of plastic.

    Anyone have ANY ideas?

My guess is it could be a newer rosette for horses, maybe a show horse or something of the like, who knows maybe it is something way different...
