My favorite park, my 1st SLQ and a silver Rosie too!

I got a little gift from work, a 2 week furlough and the weather finally warmed up in Ct, so I headed to my favorite Hartford park. I've gone there 5 times and found silver each time. Wednesday I snagged my 1st SLQ, a well worn beauty with a barely readable date of 1926 at 4 inches deep. And of course I had to go back Thursday and found a 1953-D Rosie in the loose dirt next to a recently dug sidewalk. I'll try to post the pix.

WTG! Sounds like you had a great hunt. Fun finding those SLQ. Esecially with a date. Don't see them often,
