    Weekend Scavenger Hunt

8/ Okay! After reading Tony's post for his weekend finds. I didn't want to bother posting mine. lol But here goes anyways. Saturday, I Hunted The football field again. Trying to finish up the area that has been covered with plastic mesh all winter. Managed to sqweek out 1 1941 Merc <: 2nd Silver for the year. Along with more clad. And a Junk ring. Sunday. I changed locations to an area behind an old school. Old enough to hide some silver. Finding a Rosie once. Keeping me interested. Well this has to be the quietest ground I've ever heard. At one point. I got a screemin signal at about 5 inches. Dug the plug. Down in the hole. I see the edge of a large coin. I thought for a second. I finally found one. Took a pic of the coin in the hole. Before I even touched it. Well to my dismay >:\ It had a picture of a dinasaur on it. Well I got a thrill for a few seconds anyway. Totaled $8.59 in clad, nickles, and cents. But Had a great time anyways! Thanks for lookin!

    Nice silver!

I had a similar experience with a deep Lucky Charms token once. It was aluminum and shiny, but it was deep and for a second my heart just about stopped... maybe next time anyway!
