From the land of the Bluenose.....since I'm home for a tad and bored out of my tree save for the odd shot of pain thought I'd post some things from the past. Actually walked today without the aid of the walker or cane!
The bottom three items were dug out of the drink with the top item given to me by a coworker.

Sounds like the knee is doing well...do you have to do the other one? I hope you get toagain soon.
