Woke up early today ( I'm on nites) and the weather was just right for a couple hour hunt. I got permission to hunt an older home in town and once there I set off with the lawn first then the curb strip last. My first hit turned out to be the Merc. 1916 but so badly worn you can't see the mint mark so being as I found it I'm calling it a D Hunted the yard and only found a lot of clad and five wheaties. I moved to the curb strip and hunted it VERY slow and overlapped my swings. Found a few more coins and the second silver turned out to be a Rosie in pretty good shape. Fifteen minutes later I got a deep signal that read out as 10-46 so I figured it to be hopefully another Rosie. This one was down around ten inches and I had quite the pile of dirt going by then. Scanning the hole it was still there. Two more scoops and now its in my pile. Thats when the Canada silver showed up. I also found an old silver plate belt buckle I think is for a woman as its pretty small. All in all I had a great day and I still have some of the place left to do.
