    cherry picking silver in trash

there is a small area in a local park that is so trashy i usually avoid because of to many signals just for the heck of it i closed my quickmast screen down to a small sliver in the upper right corner on the etrac i swing real slow and thourough and only have to listen for a high squeak when i find a good signal i work that spot and open up the screen to see if it still seems worth digging so far four silver dimes in one little area i usually hunt with an andy s. type pattern but in high trash this tricks working for me

Sometimes you just don't want to hear that symphony of sounds the detector makes in conductive mode lol You may have to go slower and overlap more, but the areas that you talked about are often given up on by other machines. Sometimes narrowing the window let's you keep your sanity and still find some good coins. I usually have one screen wide open so I can quickly check them iffy targets that sometimes don't repeat.
