    Welcome to the forum CH , the u-max is a nice little machine and very light to swing for long periods of time. I would recommend setting your discriminator down to just below the foil range and dig all your signals both good tones and broken for a while . Just to get an idea as to what the machine is telling you and to train your ears just what the sound differences of these two signals , you'll learn a lot . glad you found the forum and hope to see you make some good finds soon.
