    Miltary button (need time period)

General Staff officers button, 24 stars, 4 arrows, 5 vertical lines, 22mm, 7 stars in chief . This is all I can gather since the back is too rusty but has full shank. I went to relicman.com and found one similiar but it had 5 stars in shield.

It's kinda hard to tell without the back marks.
    Here's a site with some info. http://pw1.netcom.com/~jimyce/bm.html#R
You can't make out any letters or symbols? That would help.
