I used to live in Los Gatos, Ca.
There is a huge club in Santa Clara county that meets in San Jose. It is so large, that members come from as far away as Sacramento to participate in events. I no longer have their phone numbers, etc. However, here's a link to their Facebook page:

Great bunch of folks, and there's always someone up for a hunt.
I've traveled a long way, and many of the roads weren't paved.
