I'm 3 weeks into it or so, and think I found what I should have found by now. Lemme know what I'm missing since I'm still learning.

    Nail: Check!
    Pull tabs: Check!
    Bottle caps: Check!
    Twist caps: Check!
    Ring tabs: Check!
    Beaver tails: Check!
    Mystery item: Check!
Clad dating back to the Carter administration: Check!
    Oxen shoe: Check!
Coin sized metal crunk that gets the detector excited: Check!
    Jewelry of no value: Check!
    Crusty spoon: Check!

Time to start working on that list of things I'd like to find.

Nails. You should have found nails! I find them every place I hunt. Otherwise, a pretty complete list.

Knew I forgot something, thankya sir.

One nail, square cut I believe (had to go look in my "finds" pail). Only dug it because it was next to the coin sized metal crunk that gets the detector excited.

I still need to find a V-nickel and a gold ring with a stone. It's even been a while since I've found my first gold ring... also I've only ever found 1 90% silver half dollar, and I've dug 46 silver coins this year!
