    The case of the "Missing Quota"

    The gum shoe detectorist was up against the wall. Decision time. Take a trip. Which led to two possibilities; either take a couple of mind altering pain pills or take Otto out for a spin. The detectorist chose the second option loading his trusty Freedom 3 Plus into Otto's boot. Time to go see if "Quota" was around.
    It was a sunny day. It was a cold day. The sort of day where one could easily eat his machine and put an end to it all. But Quota was out there and it knew he was coming for him. First attempt of thwarting our detectorist was by the fugitive setting up a road block which was easily circumvented!

    Quota was a fowl soul who liked to hang out at local playgrounds which led to two possibilities; either he liked to slide down the slides or dance the "Doggy Dew Disco."

    The gum shoe detectorist quickly uncovered a known associate of Quota hiding in the frost which led to two more possibilities; either it liked the cold or someone had planted a refrigerator under him.

    Undaunted the detectorist picked up a few beer cans and examined them closely, longingly. This led to 4 possibilities for his grey matter to consider;
    1. he picked it up to keep the park clean
    2. it was extra money
    3. his buddy collected ring tops to donate to buy a wheelchair
    4. he hoped that it was full.
    As he turned to leave he received another clue. There it was .....Skoal....but he didn't answer any questioned as he had been chewed out. But wait a bracelet....multi coloured. Would you believe it was worn by a woman six feet tall....you find that hard to believe....how about a nanny who could fly with an umbrella.....you find that hard to believe well.......how about a rugrat in training diapers?

    The detectorists could hardly make "cents" of the situation and headed back to his office. There he washed his hands of the matter!
    From the land of the Bluenose.....life is a beach at least till the tide comes in and the Bud is all gone. Swish and dig at the drop of a dime!
