    Myrtle Beach

Man, this place has been picked over! Did everyone with a metal detector come here and spend a few days at the beach?! I come down here every winter for the past few years. The first year I came, there were targets all over the place. The last two years though, it's like a vacuum cleaner has sucked up everything from the beach?
I eventually found another beach where I can still find a few items - but I'm not saying where! I don't want that one cleared out for next year! Plus I had a couple of other spots to hunt. Here is the best coin I've found here this season.

Well, she's a beauty! Glad you got something good in your bag, even though it wasn't a lot.

Nice. Quarter? Didn't get any wave action. Some of the ones that get tumbled are so far gone it's a shame.

Very nice coin and glad you nabbed it. Short story.....my ins agent goes to Myrtle Beach every year and he throws a box of washers out on the beach in front of his house, sits on the porch and watches the MD'ers retrieve them. What a jerk....
