    Couple merc's, injun, wheatie's

A few days ago I finished detecting the old yard I hunted last week.
Although I didn't find any more silver I found another indian head
cent and about 10 wheatie's including a 1909 VDB cent which isn't in very good shape but its the 1st one I've found in several years.
Yesterday I had a couple hours to detect a 2 yards, the 1st one was a 100 yrs old but the ground was very hard digging since we haven't had any rain. I did manage to find a wheatie, and a 1920 merc. and decided I would go back after a good rain. I stopped at another house with a small
yard and found another nice 1920 merc and a clad quarter. HH

Nice finds especially the 1909 VDB. Waiting for a good rain to go back to the 100 year old yard is a good plan. After a good rain targets will be popping out everywhere. on your keepers

The copper coins held up pretty well. Congrats on the pair of '20 Mercs. So close on the '09 Wheat Can I buy an "S" please? Any place you can pull Indians from is a great location.
