August 17th through the 22nd finds from parks and a school

On the 17th I managed to find me a rosie, 4 wheats, Taiwan coin, clad and odds and ends.

On the 19th I managed to find me another silver rosie, 3 wheats, clad and odds and ends

    1952 was a great year

Today I hunted a schoolyard mainly just going for coins and whatever else I could find. The mariner's cross really had me going til I got home and put it on the gold tester, it's a fake but sure is purdy

Some good digging there. Nice looking park to swing through, hopefully the geese aren't too thick there.

Thanks for sharing and love the cross. From your pics, it looks like it would be wise to stay away from the water's edge. Lotsa mucky-lookin stuff.

Love the bridge on that park Nice score on the 2 silver dimes. Beautiful looking cross even if it isn't 14K.
