    KMI The rare one.

    This is a first version KMI (Kentucky Military Institute). This was manufactured between 1842 and 1862. I dug this about a year ago at the site of an old cabin just outside of town. It was found with a dfx at 4 inches.

    For as old as that button is , it is in excellent condition. Must be Made In America. (Back when that saying really meant something.)
