    Help me ID this findings??

    Hi,

    hope u can help me to ID this three attach items.

    One looks like the cap of a wrench set, it saids " C.B.Q CO. Decatur"
    The other was found on the beach 2 feet under the sand. Looks like a rectangle iron with kind of hook under
    The other is like a iron nugget, but im not sure what it is.

    can you put a coin or something next to these things so we can see how large or small they are ??

    Lets saids the first Two, 3-4inches
    The one with the hook like 2 feets

    the top pictured item does look like a cap off of a large drum or container , the second looks like metal slag from welding or what a cutting torch would make . the third item is interesting but I really don't know .

    Hi Yanyos...I believe the top piece is is from the CBQ Foundry in Decatur, IL. Long history of that company and you can Google them if you like. Also a CBQ Railroad (Chicago-Burlington-Quincy) from earlier times, but the first guess is more likely. Not sure of the other two items.
