    Last hunt of 2014 ! Ring #156

That's it , 2014 is in the books . Had a great last hunt of the year today with my son Carson and two hunting buddies , eagleforce ( Ryan ) and ohmygato ( Dan ) . We hunted a middle school that we have just pounded over the years and is always fun to hunt . The soccer oval is just loaded with trash but we have cleaned it out over the hunts and it still has some treasure left to find . Ryan struck first but I'll let him tell his story . After lots and lots of foil and clad I got a sweet deep +76 VDI , 1938 wheat cent . We hunted for about 2 and a half hours and at the very end I had a nice +83 at 3 inches , final ring of 2014 , #156 is silver . Total clad for the hunt was $9.76 , taking my clad final total to $1,107.32 !!!
What a great year it has been and I can't wait to see what's dug up in 2015 !

Glen the rings are great but I am impressed with the cash! It makes my SS check look sick. All kidding aside, you are a great detectorist. Keep up the good work and have a Blessed 2015.
