    Anyone who works with clients....

    ... should appreciate this. I feel like this is my life the last three months. My boss gave me this today.

    lol lol , i shouldn't laugh as i've had scenarios similar to this at my house when someone tried to intall something that wasn't even close to what was agreed upon.
