3 rings and a copper bracelet!!

Today was an AWESOME day! Found a copper ring rapped in abalone. Decided to go 200 yards up the beach to the pier. Scored a nice copper bracelet worked w/flowers. Went about 40 yards out and picked up 2 more rings. Swingin' away directly under the pier and pulled out a U.S.M.C. Dog Tag. Was rapping it up and got a weird iron silver signal. Scooped it......A NAIL! Was about to dump the scoop BUT I saw a pin sticking out of the gravel next to the nail...A diamond earring.

Nice going Ravenuts. Them piers are good areas to hunt. The one medallion you found looks similar to one I found in Scotland a couple years ago. I couldn't figure out what it was. Congrats to ya.

Very nice finds! There are several websites that can help locate dog tag issuees so the tags can be returned.

Thanks! Yes Ron, I bump into the Reno club every once in awhile. Seems that some people went through there and cherry picked the side I am currently hunting. It is a crying shame because they leave the holes and trash there beside the hole.

WOW! It does look just like the one I found. I think yours is a relic though right?

Both are relics I bet. Yours just in better shape.
What exactly is written on both sides?
Interesting we found the same item in two different countries.
