    New ultrasonic cleaner

    Hi all,
I just got my new heated ultrasonic cleaner today. This thing is awesome, especially when used with the Blitz ultrasonic cleaning concentrate!

It also did winders cleaning the crud off a bag of clad before I try going to the bank, and really cleaned up some junker rings as a trial. But the big surprise was the brass pocket watch chain. It had so much dirt and corrosion I thought it would be a lost cause ever restoring it, though I had tried many times to clean it. It turned the cleaning solution an opaque greenish black, but it freed up all the links. It's still tarnished black, but I think now a brass cleaning dip will brighten it right up. Sorry, I didn't get pics of the before and after.

I've wondered about these. How long does it take to clean a bunch of clad?

My friend who is a goldsmith (jewelry store owner) uses mr clean in his ultrasonic. I do not know if he dilutes it or not.
