Recently tried my luck at some Victorian era houses, in particular a house built 1856. Within 5 minutes of my arrival I found a 1964 Rosie and some wheat pennies. After not finding much else I relocated to a different section of the yard. I hit a faint 82-83 signal on my AT PRO, dug down, and saw the silver rim in the sidewall of my hole. I took out my camera and revealed it live, I saw the 'ONE DIME' on the back, and thought I had a nice conditioned Barber. I flipped it over and saw that it was a Seated Dime, my second ever.

It was dated 1875, with a Carson City mintmark. About a foot from the Seated Dime, I hit a similar signal. I dug the plug and saw another silver rim. I took the coin out and saw the 'ONE DIME' reverse again. It turned out to be a 1895-S Barber, which I believe is a semi-rare date.
