Are 3 ringers all from CW period? Or did they make them long after the war? Attached is a pic of the house that stood where I found it House Built 1827. Torn down 2014

I'm not a bullet expert, but some simple reading shows they reached the height of their popularity in the mid-1800s up to about the Civil War period, though even by that time new modern loading repeat-fire weapons were already being introduced. Obviously though, some of the older muskets that used the minies were kept by some folks for a few decades longer. So mid to possibly late 1800s would be my best estimate.
