    Celtic oboles

On one of my searchingtrips last year, I was very fortuned to find these two silver celtic oboles. These coins are very small and therefore difficult to find. Another great story is That these coins can only be found on sites where the Celtics actually fought agains JULIUS CESAR! (His army ). These coins where struck in Marseille and date around 50 B.C.
On one Side you can see a small head facing right. On the other Side is a cross with typical lightning image .
