    Field Finds

    Got out to the field I was at last week.

    Managed to get myself a crotal and a conestoga bell, which has been a very long time since I have dug either of these.

    Got a chewed up 1895 or a 1896 IH, another coin for the signature...

    Got another ax head to add to the collection, piece of a buckle, and some pieces of other crotal bells. Hopefully the other pieces can be found. Another piece to a lock, sure do wish I could dig a whole one again.

    It looks like you could glue that second crotal together, and looks like the pieces match. Those are really hard to come by. Sound like lots of targets at that site....keep 'em comin!

    I thought that they fit together also but no such luck.
