    Hello from Pittsburgh PA

Hello everyone. I see this is where I'm supposed to introduce myself. I am a metal detectorist from Western Pennsylvania. I love to detect old parks, wooded areas and just about anywhere I can. I love finding old coins, tokens, relics etc.

I have been detecting since spring 2013 and I started with a Garrett AT Pro. I liked that machine but upgraded to a Minelab CTX 3030 that same year. I try to detect at least once a week but with a job, wife, kids sometime it's hard to get out.

I'v been showing my finds and metal detecting adventures on YouTube for a while but I wanted to start getting into some forums. I think you have more interaction with fellow detectorist on sites like this.

I look forward to meeting some of you and seeing your awesome finds. Be careful out there and happy hunting!

Welcome to the forum Matt. Sounds like me. I got hooked on this hobby in 2011. Same scenarios, and after telling my wife, kids, co-workers, etc. (about my finds) I needed to join a forum. I`ve found this one to be the best.
