    1818,1918

More park hunting netted some nice finds. The 1818 coronet was about 30yrds from the 1740s coin I found a while back. These coins were most likely associated with a house across the street...and both very deep. I always find bunches of quarters at this site...like a DOLLAR AN HOUR!!! (N. Dynamite)
The wheats and merc were found 100 yrds away where I've been digging lots of early 20th cent silver. Thanks!

    Excellent Finds!

We have a variety of large old parks here in Syracuse NY. Dating back 150 plus years. They were constructed back when mule teams were used as heavy earth moving equipment. They have been hunted over and over by novices and pro-hunters alike. All the old coins have been removed long ago.
