Last couple hunts, slim pickings. ID help?

I managed to get out for a couple short field hunts before the latest rain storms swamped everything again. The only items of note are a couple bullets, flattened thimble, and a couple half rings found about a mile apart. Any ideas about the rings would be appreciated.

A couple elusive sandhill cranes. Normally very shy and well hidden in the tall grass. Rare opportunity to get a photo of them.

Actually got a positive ID on the rings halves. They are English copper bull rings.

Nice find on the bull nose ring. I've only dug one. Sandhill cranes are very cool. Starting to make a comeback here in MA.
