    Buckles, buttons, & coins in the woods today

    Hey Diggers, I found a new spot in the woods today. I don't think it has ever been detected. It's very rocky soil so the targets are all only 1 or 2 inches deep. I didn't find any trash there either! Here's some pics. Thanks for looking and HH, Dave.

    I bet you are going to find 100 buckles this year! Congrats!

    It seems to be a little secretive. For the most part I am deep in the woods and don't see anyone else but I occasionally encounter a hiker. Of course, I don't speak German so I have no idea what they are saying! We try to avoid walking around with our detectors and shovel in our hands and put them in a backpack instead. That way we look just like another hiker. Sometimes we have to pass through congested park areas to get to our spot in the woods.
