Quick silver hunt and people are pigs

Between the high humidity and rain, it sure has not given much opportunity to go hunting. However, this morning was cool, but storms rolling in. I figured I had at least a couple hours to hunt. I went to the wood where I usually go, but only found a couple small spots that weren't overgrown. Found a nice 1904 Barber quarter, but then I found a fire pit and a bunch of beer cans and bottles, that really ticked me off. I happen to have a couple bags in the truck and pick it all up.
I then went to an old baseball field that I have beaten to death over the last decade, but still managed to pull out 2 more silvers, 1960 Canadian dime and 1923 Mercury.
Short hunt, but it felt good to be back out swinging.

Nice silver scores! I finally hit the woods for the first time today in quite awhile as well! I see these trash piles from time to time also. Usually they're much too far from my car to do anything about it but it does annoy me.

Congrats on the great finds. I agree on the "pigs" part but it always gives us a great chance to make a good impression on the clean up, Thx for the cleanup. WD
