A windy Saturday hunt with Tim and Tony!!

Tim & I met up with Tony Two-Cent this morning for a little door knocking. Besides dodging falling tree branches, we all had pretty good days . No 1 house stood out, but the finds were steady all day. I dug 5 silvers today. The war nickel is a 45-D.Name: IMG_3684 (3).jpg

Back to adding to the 1/2 dollar total I see...... 5 silvers is a good day especially when you get a SLQ and a war nick.

Way to go Don! What's your silver 1/2 dollar total count so far this year. I've got a whopping 1.

It was great hunting with you and Tim, Don! I have never seen wind like that on a clear day before. Wow! I thought one of those "Widow Maker" tree branches was going to take me out!

You did really well. You got the Walker that you wished for at the beginning of the day! Next time wish for a gold coin. LOL Three silver quarters and no silver dimes. That is unusual. Good job on the SLQ even if it is dateless. Five silvers is a good day.

We got some nice permissions and did OK considering how dry it was.

    Lifetime totals:
10 Large Cents, 415 Indian Heads, 2 Two Cent Pieces, 1 Capped Bust Half Dime, 1 Seated Half Dime, 10 Shield Nickels, 68 V Nickels, 124 Buffalo Nickels, 31 War Nickels, 16 Seated Dimes, 131 Barber Dimes, 405 Mercury Dimes, 249 Rosies, 4 Seated Quarters, 18 Barber Quarters, 20 Standing Liberty Quarters, 89 Silver Washingtons, 1 Seated Half, 3 Barber Halves, 16 Walking Liberty Halves
