Went back to the park both Saturday & Sunday where I found my latest colonial finds. Everything in the photo beside the Dandy button & the knee or hat buckle was found about 50 yards from the home on a slope leading to the brook. At first I thought I found a colonial dump site , but then I found the well about 10 feet from the brook, then it made sense that they were traveling back and forth a lot from the home to the well. Wish I would found another coin or two.. there is one good signal of 80-84 that I wish I could dig, but it would require taking down a tree.The ring is made of lead, I have no idea what that would of been used for.
