Got out before the snow yesterday and found these!
Huge Crotal bell, it is cracked but intact. The eagle is made of lead. Any ideas on what it is? I was thinking a flagpole finial or maybe a cane topper? It is hollow and had wood fibers inside. It appears to have been painted at one time.
Love the corn flake box! Eagle and bells are great too.
Oldest find: 5,000 year old copper spearhead
Oldest coin: 1699 William III halfpenny
Purdiest coin: 1832 Capped Bust quarter
Coolest find: USA button with blue threads still on shank

I am thinking cane topper. Like the corn flake box too. I haven't come across one of those yet.

Nice looking bells and I love the eagle head. Any idea what it’s from?
