As the major park construction project here has nearly come to an end I have been moving on to other sites. There is another park/playfield project that I have been watching since last fall, and they finally started digging this past Monday. So I have been going daily after work each day this week and found two silvers so far, 1900 Barber dime and 1952 Washington quarter. I also found two wheat cents and an IH. This place is absolutely loaded with clad and trash, I’ve probably dug up a two gallon bucket full of trash so far as well (not pictured). This location has been a playfield since about 1900 and probably regraded and filled in several times. The school adjacent was razed quite awhile ago.

Here are some pictures of the site and of the finds.
