    fyrffytr1 Sent My Dad...

    I'm blown away by the kindness of people on this forum! I mentioned my dad is interested in the Civil War and so fyrffytr1 said he was going to send me a "couple of bullets" from a CW site. LOOK WHAT HE SENT! I really appreciate his kindness and I'll post some pics when I get together with my dad.

    I just saw this post. I like the look on your Dad's face holding the Yankee slug. Can't wait to see one of him with the CS ammo! In case I didn't tell you all of these came from Antietam battlefield. My brother found them on a permission he had back in the 1980s before it became part of the National battlefield park. I put Hagerstown on the boxes because that is where he lived most of his life.
    My wife does all the driving, I just hold the steering wheel!
