    Hello! from Franklin, Indiana

thumbsup01 Hello from Franklin, Indiana. I started with an ACE 250. I have been extremly satisfied with it. I found my first 190 barber dime the third time out at a local fair grounds. Much clad and various other rusted metal objects. I was hoping someone would know of some locations around the Indianapolis to south central indiana to metal detect. Thanks in advance.

Welcome aboard from Massachusetts. That is one fine coin there It's a pretty old one for your area too thumbsup01 I would concentrate on that fair for a while. During the rainy days just do some research. Sometimes a trip to the library leads you to some spot no one has thought of. Nothing like being the first one there lol Glad you found us and good luck with that Ace!!

    Welcome from southern Nevada.

With coins like that one in the ground, I'd never leave the fairground.
I've traveled a long way, and many of the roads weren't paved.

    Welcome from Iowa.

I started with the Ace 250 as well. It is a great machine for sure. I have found lots of goodies with it.

Nice Barber coin for the third time out. I was raised in south-central Indiana, now living in SW Arkansas. Drive around and talk to the local farmers. Show them what you do with the detector. You'll find someone to let you walk their fields. An added bonus is you live in a great area to surface hunt for arrowheads.
