    Todays dozen mid conductors

Pretty much the same as last 4 hunts. I've settled on General, Full Tones PWM, Sensitivity 98, Reactivity 1.5 to 2.5, Disc 0. I've tried several things to stop the iron falsing including upping the Disc, but the only thing that helps somewhat is to notch from 72 to 88 and who wants to do that. But General Full Tones in this current D2 software version is deadly on midconductors and very small ones at that.

3 tiny cuff buttons all with fanciness.

Dan it's on the current update (7.1). While we are all waiting for the next update, I'm going to see if I can work around the annoying falsing by fiddling with the Equalizer to get some better tonal differences. I am sure as soon as I figure out a useable work around, XP will come out with the update.

I'm still on the 6.0 or original software on my Deus 2 , I hear a lot of mixed reviews of the newer ones

I've heard that too Dan. But I don't really pay too much attention to the TID values and don't hunt at sites with any appreciable amounts of modern trash. So for the type of hunting I do, I didn't see any decline in performance in version 7. The D1 wasn't nearly as bad with the falsing. It's really Full Tones that suffers the most from it...which is too bad because Full Tones is a great unmasker.

I gotta say, Jeff...this seems to be a game changer! I've tried it a few times and I'm blown away! I'll post when I get a chance. Do you use Fast when there are still high conductors around? How did you find this program, just experimentation? Thanks for your expertise!
