Flexing the D2 settings to snag a DB to end the year

Same old story. Pounded site (are there any other kinds these days?). Looking at my records I haven't pulled a copper from this site in 5 years and I've hit that site a lot. On Saturday I pull this Draped Bust ten feet from the cellar hole ! It took some extreme settings though. Reactivity at 0.5, Tone Bin from 73 to 88 at a volume of ZERO. I've been working on the theory that iron falsing tunes my brain out from those high VDI tones. That tone bin eliminates most of the falsing (along with a lot of good target VDIs), but it has paid off with couple of silvers and a couple of coppers. I could hear those faint high tones without compitition from the falsing.
