    Fairgrounds Silver - My First SEATED DIME!!

    Headed out to the fairgrounds today, and what a georgous day it is .. I was planning on staying for more than the typical 3 hour tour, but got a call about my boat..
    Went back to the Livestock parking area, and re-worked the area, as the other day I wasn't 100% and boy am I glad... Not only did I found 2 Mercs, and a washington Quarter, but at 8 - 9 inch mark I found my first Seated Dime 1876.
    I was totally blown away and doing the happy dance
    I was surprised to find a seated at the fairgrounds, but it did use to be a farm prior to being the fairgrounds so I guess anything possible...
    Bye Bye DFX... I'm hooked on this E-trac! rofl

    Great finds.I'm using a explorer 2 and satifsied but I'm thinking E- track soooon.Again congrats.

    wow Scott its a beauty too . it would of been a very good day without the seated find , huge congrats on your first seated liberty buddy .

    Call the fire department, this guy is on fire rofl Gorgeous Seated dime I wish I was there to witness that hip shaking dance lol Maybe not I think you are gonna have a more great hunts if you are pulling silver from this place in them quantities. Congrats on your first Seated coin. I'm glad it is in pristine condition!!

    Very nice grouping of silver Scott. That seated dime is in excellent condition. I am certain that the fairground is holding quite a few more of those beauties. Now that you are over 100 silver coins, you need to shoot for 150 before the ground freezes.
