I don't know whether they have any facility for chat here either, and I feel a bit mulish for not knowing the answer to that, considering I've been on this forum for about 11 months.
It might be something that can be suggested, and I'm pretty sure the folks that run this thing would at least consider that as an option for this forum. Maybe one of the mods will be along to answer the original question, and carry that suggestion forward if they haven't yet got one.
