    Century Day for January 14th

    Howdy Folks!
    I really should be in bed right now, but got involved in making a video to help forum members who are having trouble resizing photos for posting on the forum. So now I am real tardy about posting my finds from my hunt yesterday, although I should have gotten it posted before midnight. That's the problem with distraction. It gets you thinking about other stuff.

    Anyhow, I had a century day taking 106 coins, not including a Mexican 20 centavo coin, a Canadian penny and a wheat penny too! Jewelry was scarce and I didn't find any gold or silver on this outing, but did find a skull and crossbones earring, a peace sign pin with the pin missing, a bangle bracelet and a few other odds and ends. Oddity of the day was another battleship token from a Monotony game.

    The wheat penny, found in a nearby park, is a 1946d. Beyond that, I got a couple of tokens that aren't worth much unless I get myself a car wash or go to one of the funplexes hereabouts.

    My take was:
    25 Quarters = $6.25
    16 Nickels = $0.80
    17 Dimes = $1.70
    46 Pennies = $0.46
    Total = $9.21
    Coin Count = 106 coins (not including foreign coins or wheat penny)

    My hunt ended when I found myself surrounded by halflings.
    Besides, it was starting to get dark and the temperature was dropping like a stone!

    Thanks for Looking,
    Blessings,
    M-Taliesin

    That's a pretty good take for the day. Looks like you had a good time for sure!
