    cow torture devise

    Dug this up some time ago. Just seems like it ought to be animal cruelty. Cows are not real smart but they taste good.
    The bottom pic. is from a 1890's catalog They clamped this thing to their nose to use like a leash.

    That is cool. Is that 1890's catalog on line? It has our nemessis right below it. We call them ox knobs, but apparently they have a different name rofl I hate them things Cool piece of history you have there. I bet it was only used if the cow did not comply
