    merc and button?

Working very.very slowly under the trees (where there was no snow!) I came across a few whispers. The merc must have been on its side as it was ~ 8. Nice find as I haven't pulled one in a bit. Found in the same area as a few others lately, I was hoping for a seated or another reale. Congrats to Angel for his seated! thumbsup01

This copper piece looks like a button based on the back fastener. Definitely another whisper as it was deep and small.

Tough in the falling snow as my coil kept getting heavier as it amassed on top.

Nice Merc. Can't make the date out but it looks like a '34 in real nice shape!! Lots of detail left on it. thumbsup01 Nice one piece? button. If it's like the ones I've found, it will be a colonial one. As far as going out hunting tomorrow.... is everyone going out besides me I need to hit the lottery

Good work, getting that merc, Aaron. Little bugger was testin' you, huh?
That button looks a lot like a cufflink.

Very good Krom....I'll go with that, a cufflink. THis makes total sense with its size and backing! Good job

Thanks, Aaron. I try to help when I can (and my all-time favorite forum has got to be What Is It).
Found a few links... some whole, some pieces. Cool design, BTW.
Regardless... many eyes see many perspectives.
