    silver and park worker

Got out yesterday before the rain hit and found my third silver coin of the year a 1964 Roise and my ninth wheat a 1956d.
Also found a Scovills Waterbury button. At the end of my hunt i had a park worker come up to me and he says to me there are rules at the park, I am thinking to my self here it comes no metal detecting. He replies if you find something good you have to share it with the park workers jokingly. I reply i have plenty of pop tops and beer bottle caps and he laughs and went on his way.

    Thanks for looking and HH

    Nice finds...

Always love seeing that silver pop out of the ground!

I had similar incident at a resort I was staying at...I got bold and was hunting up around the BB courts and pool area which was right by the sign in area. One of the workers was giving the BIG EYE to me for a number of minutes...I was ready for somone to say something so was only using my probe to pop my targets. He called me over, and I thought, here we go... He said, wow that looks like a blast...are you finding anything...showed him a couple items I found and he was impressed. At that point his boss yelled at him and asked if he was working and so the guy had to go... I got a giggle out of that one...After that when they saw me hunting they just waved and smiled....

    WTG on some good scores....

That's about how it goes for me Sarge .The workers themselves know me and once in a while they'll ask me to find a pipe or sprinkler. They're always friendly .
